Don't see your bookmarks bar? Press ⌘⇧B on Mac or Ctrl⇧B on Windows to show it. Clicking the chip directly won't save it.

Using the lab

Nº 03

Creating a note

Click anywhere on the canvas. A menu appears — pick the note type you want. The note is timestamped to where you are in the video automatically.

Note types

  • Text — a plain annotation, yours to write freely.
  • AI chat — ask a question, get an answer in context.
  • Web search — pull in a summarised result from the web.

Branching off

Right-click any note and choose Add child. The new note inherits the parent's timestamp and sits one level deeper in the graph. Go as many levels deep as you like.

Returning to the video

Every note shows the timestamp it was created at. Click it to jump the video back to that exact moment — from any depth in the graph.

Write on paper. Land on your timeline.

Connect your iPad. Every stroke from your Apple Pencil docks to the exact second you wrote it. No retyping. No scrubbing the video to find where the thought came from.

Your ink becomes part of the lecture's spine, timestamped, searchable, and wired straight into the graph alongside your branches and AI chats.

No more retyping notes the night before. No more hunting through five tabs for the formula you swore you wrote down. Your revision compresses itself.
